What is RevFest?



RevFest is a one-day car and motorcycle festival bringing together the automotive, motorcycle, creator, vendor, and enthusiast communities.
‍
The event is designed to be more than a traditional meet. RevFest combines featured vehicles, motorcycles, food trucks, vendors, creators, competitions, awards, and brand activations into one organized community experience.

What time do gates open?



Gates open at 3:00 PM sharp, unless otherwise specified on your ticket.

Please arrive according to the instructions listed on your ticket type, especially if you are bringing a feature vehicle, attending as a vendor, or participating in a group/club entry.

Can I leave and re-enter the event?



Yes, attendees may leave and re-enter the event.

If you are leaving with a featured show vehicle, please follow all staff instructions and re-entry procedures. Re-entry may be subject to event flow, safety considerations, and vehicle movement rules.

Will there be washrooms on-site?



Yes. There are washrooms inside the venue facility, and portable washrooms may also be supplied as needed.

What is the difference between a General Admission ticket and a Rider ticket?



A General Admission ticket is intended for attendees who are coming to experience the event and are not bringing a motorcycle into the main event area or displaying a vehicle.

General Admission includes event access and standard attendee parking in the designated gravel parking area.

A Rider Ticket is intended for motorcycle riders attending RevFest with their bike. Rider tickets include event access and motorcycle parking within the designated motorcycle parking areas inside the event grounds.

Do passengers need their own ticket?



Each vehicle ticket includes access for the driver/rider plus one passenger.

Any additional individuals arriving in the vehicle or with the driver/rider must purchase a General Admission ticket. Additional guests without a valid ticket will not be permitted entry.

Can I bring my car to the event?



Yes. You can bring your car to RevFest.

If you are attending as a regular guest, you should purchase the appropriate ticket that includes standard attendee parking. If you want your car to be featured in the show area, you must purchase a Vehicle Feature Ticket.

Do I need a special ticket to feature my vehicle?



Yes. To feature your car in the designated grass parking section, you must purchase a Standard Vehicle Feature Ticket.

Feature vehicle spaces are limited and will be organized based on event layout, vehicle type, group, and available space.

Where do motorcycles park?



Motorcycles will park along the main road and within designated motorcycle areas inside the main event grounds.

Please follow staff directions upon arrival.

Are burnouts, revving, two-stepping, or stunting allowed?



No. Unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive vehicle activity is strictly prohibited both on-site and while leaving the event.This includes, but is not limited to:

- Burnouts
- Rev bombing
- Two-stepping
- Hard acceleration or pulls
- Drifting
- Stunting
- Reckless driving or riding

Anyone caught participating in prohibited behaviour may be removed from the event immediately without refund.

When and where is RevFest taking place?



RevFest will take place at Markham Fairgrounds from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Is RevFest rain or shine?



Yes. RevFest is a rain or shine event.

Tickets are non-refundable, including in the case of weather.

Is this a family-friendly event?



Yes. RevFest is a family-friendly event.

All attendees are expected to respect the venue, staff, vehicles, vendors, creators, and other guests while on-site.

Will there be food and drinks available?



Yes. There will be a variety of food trucks available on-site throughout the event.

Are pets allowed?



No. Pets are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of required service animals.

What is included with a Vehicle Feature Ticket?



A Vehicle Feature Ticket is for attendees who want their car to be part of the show experience.

This ticket includes:
- Event admission for the driver
- Admission for one passenger
- Access to the designated feature vehicle parking area
- Placement in an organized grass lot section
- Access to vendors, food trucks, creators, competitions, awards, and general event programming

Feature vehicle spaces are limited and may be organized by group, car type, club, or event layout.

Are tickets refundable?



No. Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I purchase tickets at the door/gate/entrance?



No. Tickets are available online only.

There will be no tickets sold at the gate, so all attendees must purchase their tickets in advance through official RevFest channels.

Can I bring my motorcycle to the event?



Yes. You can bring your motorcycle to RevFest.

Motorcycle riders should purchase the appropriate rider ticket to access motorcycle parking within the event grounds.

Where do feature vehicles park?



Feature vehicles will have their own designated parking area to the right of the main entrance.

This area will be organized and sectioned based on event layout, vehicle type, group, or car club where applicable.

Can car clubs or riding groups park together?



Yes. Car clubs and riding groups may be able to park together if coordinated with our team in advance.
