RevFest 2026 – Attendee Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a ticket to RevFest Toronto 2026 (“RevFest”), you agree to the followingTerms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and any minor or guest using a ticket purchased by you.

1. Event Overview

RevFest is a one day, family friendly, creator driven automotive and motorcycle festival held at Markham Fairgrounds on Saturday, August 29, 2026, with public event hours from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. RevFest features static vehicle displays, designated motorcycle parking, vendors,music/DJ programming, creator meetandgreets, demonstrations, and awards.

2. Ticket Types and Access

General Admission tickets provide spectator entry only and a parking spot in the GA parking lot or where designated by staff. This lot is not used for “display” vehicles.

Rider Admission tickets provide admission for one rider and one passenger on the same motorcycle, with access to designated onsite motorcycle parking inside the event grounds and full attendee access. Passenger must arrive on motorcycle with the rider to be admitted under the same ticket.

Featured Vehicle Registration covers one approved display vehicle plus admission for the driver and one passenger and is subject to additional vehicle participation rules and arrival/checkin requirements communicated by the organizers. Tickets provide access only to public event areas that are open and not restricted at any giventime. Certain areas or activities may have capacity limits, time windows, or age restrictions.

3. Dry and SmokeFree Event

RevFest is a dry, smokefree event. Alcohol, cannabis, vaping, and smoking of any kind areprohibited anywhere on the event site, including parking and staging areas. Attendees whoappear impaired or who violate this policy may be refused entry or removed from the eventwithout refund.

4. Conduct and SafetyTo maintain a safe environment for all guests:

Burnouts, drifting, stunting, racing, rapid acceleration, reckless riding/driving, andunauthorized revving are strictly prohibited anywhere onsite and during entry and exit.

All vehicles must be operated at low speed, under control, and only in accordance withstaff directions and posted signage.

Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, security, and MarkhamFairgrounds personnel.The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior, intheir sole discretion, presents a safety risk, causes disruption, or violates these Terms &Conditions, without refund.

5. Vehicle Responsibility and Parking

Unless specifically included in your ticket type, vehicle access, parking, and display participationare not included in admission and may be subject to separate fees, capacities, and rules. Attendees are responsible for:

Ensuring any vehicle they bring is roadlegal, insured, and operated safely.

Parking only in designated areas and following all traffic and parking instructions.

Securing their own vehicles and property. The organizers and venue are not responsiblefor loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

6. Assumption of Risk

Automotive and motorcycle events carry inherent risks, including risks associated with movingvehicles, large crowds, noise, and outdoor conditions. By attending RevFest, you:

Acknowledge and accept these risks, both known and unknown, including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from attendance at the event; and

Voluntarily assume all such risks on your own behalf and, as applicable, on behalf of any minor or guest attending under your ticket.

7. Release of Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:
Release and forever discharge the event organizers (RevFest Events Inc. and itsaffiliates), event partners and sponsors, Markham Fairgrounds, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “ReleasedParties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your attendance at RevFest, except to the extent caused solely by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party; and

Indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or demands madeby third parties arising from (i) your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or (ii) your own acts or omissions, including violation of event rules or unsafe conduct.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumerprotection or insurance laws that cannot be waived by contract.

8. Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations

All ticket sales are final except where required otherwise by law or explicitly stated by the ticketing platform.

Tickets are nonrefundable except in the event of full event cancellation, in which case the organizers may, at their discretion, offer refunds or credits.

RevFest is a rainorshine event. Schedule changes, artist/creator substitutions, and reasonable program modifications do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

The organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or alter the event for reasons including, but not limited to, weather, safety, public health, or other circumstances beyond their control.

Please refer to the ticketing platform’s refund policy for any additional terms that apply to yourpurchase.

9. Photography, Video, and Media

By attending RevFest, you understand that you may appear in photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during the event. You grant the organizers and their partners a nonexclusive, worldwide, royaltyfree license to use such images and recordings of you, without compensation, for event documentation and promotional purposes, provided such use is lawful and not misleading. Personal, noncommercial photography and videography are generally permitted, provided you do not interfere with event operations, obstruct others’ enjoyment, or enter restricted areas.

10. Minors
RevFest is familyfriendly, but minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult in accordance with applicable laws and any event policies. The adult ticket purchaser/guardian is responsible for ensuring that minors in their care comply with these Terms & Conditions and all event rules.

11. Compliance with Laws and Policies

Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Markham Fairgrounds policies while on the premises, including rules related to safety, crowd management, prohibited items, and fire/health regulations. The organizers may impose additional reasonable rules and conditions as needed and will post or communicate these onsite.

12. Changes to Terms

The organizers may update these Terms & Conditions as needed to address safety, regulatory,or operational requirements. The version in effect at the time of your event attendance will apply and will be made available on the event website and/or ticketing page.
